PJG Creative New Design Portfolio

When Phil Grindley of PJGcreative contacted me to develop his new website, I was very happy to take on the task for him.

Phil needed a low cost way to showcase his print design work and I was recommended to him by another one of my happy clients, Sally Edgar.

The Ormskirk graphic designer had already created a colour scheme and general theme for his website including a fresh olive green styled logo all of which he was able to supply. Phil was also able to supply screenshots and pdfs of his fabulous collection of design work samples which I used to create his portfolio. Using a little bit of jQuery I was able to create an easy way to navigate around the portfolio area, keeping the markup and graphics as lightweight as possible, showing off the stylish and elegantly designed work that Phil has created for his clients. Once I had finished putting the pages together and linking everything up, I optimized all the various pages for search engine visibility in and around the Ormskirk area, including Southport, Formby and Lancashire.

I’m happy to say that Phil is delighted with his new website, not only with how it looks and performs but with his search results and page positions.
